Chapter Bylaws Committee Descriptions National Article of Incorporation and Bylaws Maryland Division Bylaws Articles of Incorporation The articles of incorporation outline the governance of a corporation along with the Corporate Bylaws and the corporate statutes in the state where articles of incorporation are filed. Click here for our Articles of Incorporation Conservation Easement When we purchased our second property, the state of Maryland Environment helped us with a no interest loan but we had to put the property into the Maryland Environment Trust Program with a Conservation Easement on it. 1. Forest Stewardship Plan Map RANGE SAFETY OFFICER REQUIREMENTS In order to use the range un-supervised you must become a NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO). The RSO is required to take and pass the NRA Range Safety Officer course and review Frederick Chapter range rules. The Chapter offers this course through out the year. Each participant will be required to purchase NRA training materials. Range Safety Officers are required to keep their certification current with the NRA by re-certified annually. The primary focus of these rules is of course, safety! below are the 2 sets of Range Rules from 2016 and the 2024 revised version for comparison. Range Rules EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the event of an emergency please familiarize and use the following procedures and protocol. This information is also posted at the Chapter House. Safety Officers are required to keep their certification current with the NRA by re-certified annually. Emergency Procedures HUNTING PROCEDURES on CHAPTER PROPERTY The Board of Directors has established the following hunting rules and guidelines in an effort to give members a set of consistent standards and procedures by which to govern their conduct while hunting on the property. The primary focus of these rules is of course, safety!
