The new range is opening this month! Many thanks to those of you who have dedicated time to help bring this project to fruition. Many thanks also go out to our members for their patience as this project progressed. I know some feathers were ruffled with the range closings. Thank you for your understanding of the necessity to do so to make considerable progress on this project. This will all payoff in the end with a pavilion and range that we can all be proud of!
Mandatory RSO Re-Certification With the opening of the new range there are new Standard Operational Procedures being implemented to ensure the safety of our members, their guests, and our neighbors. With this, the board is requiring mandatory RSO "Re-Certification" training to bring you up to date on the new policies and procedures. The dates offered are:
Sunday, May 13 9am - 10am
Tuesday, May 15 6pm - 7pm
Sunday, May 20 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Sign up is not needed. Please show up for one of the dates. While this in no way effects your NRA RSO status, without your attendance to one of our mandatory classes, your range privileges will be suspended until you complete the class. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Frederick IWLA Range Safety practices.
